Am I too old for music lessons?

I teach piano lessons and a couple of my students are older adults. It’s never too late to learn and enjoy the beauty of music 🎶

Nah. I'd also just find a few songs you really like and start figuring them out and practicing. You'll pick up skills and muscle memory while you're doing it and enjoy it. Do that with some practice exercises.

That's what I did for guitar and I never had one lesson and i'm pretty good tbh.

you can even buy keyboards that will light up the appropriate notes!

Age is never a factor to learn something. It's all the boundaries made by us.

If you have the passion to learn then you can pursue it at any age.

Never too old, but I'd do it sooner rather than later. A colleague at work (who is a lot older than you) tried and gave up because he said he'd never master using both his hands in different ways at the same time. I've played all my life so never think twice about it, but I think he's right. Good luck with it. It's really, really rewarding. Probably more than anything else in my life.
