How do you know if someone is trying to tell you something?

I don't understand. They just start talking to you. Not that hard

They usually look at you and their mouth starts moving.

The weird facial expressions and hand waving along with unintelligible words usually give that intention away...

Some people are so indirect you might never know .. Idk why they bother..
