Do you miss training with friends at gym ?

My gym was pretty rough (not a pretty place) but that's why I liked it - you did your thing and got out. When I think of the people that didn't throw their towels in the bin or wiped the machines when they were done...I actually cancelled my membership....in the winter it'll be rough but I just don't want to deal w/the possible danger....

Walking the dogs gives more of a work out.
