Do you think you could work doing direct care for adults with developmental disabilities?

I never, ever thought I could. But I've been at my job a little over a year and I love it!

I have a brother with Autism but I don't think I could work with other adults with developmental disabilities. I don't feel like I've ever completely grasped how to communicate with him and I've found that it can be very frustrating. I don't know if I'd want my job to depend on it.
