		I think it's suggested to just empty, wipe it clean with tissue and reuse.

I am not grossed out by it..more that I don't feel the need to deal with the mess. This is why I don't use pads. A mess.

		@JaggedLittlePill I agree. I tried it once but didn't think it through. I did have a second cup but I couldn't figure out how I was going to get the other one clean.  I ended up throwing it away because I was in a busy restroom and didn't want to gross anyone out. I got home and threw the other away. I went back to my tampons.
