Insomnia came back full force last night, I guess that good night's sleep was a fluke

Doing much better

Since Joel discovered my med error our daughter was being doing so much better. Her anxiety and ocd are pretty much back to normal and she wasn't slept walked since the day. I'm so glad she's back to her normal self again and I still feel horrible... (...)
