Any tips for dealing with hot weather headaches?

It's not dehydration as I've drunk loads of water. Not sure what else to try but these annoying headaches happen every time it's warm.

I mostly eat healthy and on a strict diet but do treat myself. The odd occasion I’ll get a large Pizza and demolish the whole thing, I’d usually get Texas/Ranch Barbecue or like a chicken feast etc
