Can you function without caffeine?

I need to drink sugar free Redbull every day in order to feel decent. I can’t function without it, I don’t have any energy levels, it’s like I am floating if I don’t take it. And it’s only 110 mg of caffeine, sometimes I need two of it.

How hard is it to understand general waste and recycling?
