Force US to switch to metric

Canada should implement a rule that anything the US sells in Canada must use Metric measurements, and not a conversion from Imperial to Metric. That might force them to switch to Metric finally.

Tonight was good

I've been doing archer and deficit pushups

And wow dude it's a lot 😮‍💨 20 archers each side is a challenge and deficits really stretch your chest out. Normal pushups are too easy now until I get a weighted vest. Good sign of progression, if it's difficult it's good 👍
