Why can I never finish my coffee that I make at home.

Some good news is that my blood pressure is perfect now, for the first time since 2018 I no longer have to take BP medicine

It's strange not taking it anymore, but even the small dose was making my blood pressure too low. I am not complaining the medicine made me tired. Just kind of surprised, did not expect that.

THIS is what I did all day...took almost 5 hours!!!

Portuguese Kale soup with hot Italian sausages and chick peas instead of potatoes. Sweet corn bread to go with the soup. HUGE mess. I've washed dishes THREE times today and I'm not done yet! But it will be good! ☺☺☺
