It took me a very very long time to realise that when I am tired, what I need is rest, I am still there, working with that understanding.

Our civilization undermines rest so much and applauses activity and it does so in such an intense manner that we forget what we knew as children, when tired, rest. It sounds so obvious and it is profound, the obvious things, the simpler things, are... (...)
