I'd go with Linux before going with Windows 11; they require TPM "security chips" to be installed to motherboard (basically a way for microsoft to use the built in AI to spy on you and/or even censor you/block access to things)

that's what infuriates me about win 10, windows update automatically running at the worse time (like when I'm running cad/cam software) and usually crashing whatever you're working on; can't disable it either

@wildbill83 I think Microsoft has done this by purpose just for force their buyer to buy new computers.

Damn, that's fancy! You need a good processor too for gaming. Some people tend to underestimate the CPU, especially when it comes to some games.

@Mathias 16GB is the video ram or the system ram? In the latter case you'd need at least 32G, but now it's expensive as hell so good luck.

@Jessmari I dont have enough money to buy one this year, I have to save more money first. Until then I use my very old laptop as it still works even when Microsoft has quit with updates to Win 10.
