PS2. It has faster disc speed for better frame rate.
Technically PS3 would be the best for PS1 games, as that has texture smoothing too. It makes the games look less blocky on modern TVs.

@Supersaiyan9000 no difference. It's the TV screen that makes a difference if any.

@Xicsukin Mines a rca hdtv and it can use both 720p and 1080p on it and the graphics do look about the same from ps1 to ps2 lol i mean I can't tell much of a difference.
