@greensnacks thank you. For many years to come, I'm sure! As long as I can keep thieves away

@GoFish thanks , it is exciting

@caPnAhab yeah new ride ☺
Very slick 👌 😎

Not sure what you use, but eventually you may want to invest in a top quality lock or double locks..
E bikes are a hot target right now in some locales.

- Hiplok DX Maximum Security D Lock

- LITELOK X1/X3 - Angle Grinder Resistant Lock For Bikes & eBikes o

- Abus Granit Super Extreme 2500 U-Lock - Best for grinder disks.

Securing it to a lamp post vs a bike rack/sign is a bigger deterrent; as is awkward lock placement to impede access with a tool.

Where's the drive motor? Or is it that small?
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@Gibbon
It has a max speed of 20 mph and acceleration from zero is a bit slow.
That's okay though. This is only my commuter bike, so nothing crazy needed
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@caPnAhab well that's what the pedals are for, to get it going at first. Make your legs work a little bit.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@Gibbon It can be ridden with the motor off, like a normal bike. There's also pedal assist or you can turn the throttle and it goes completely on its own.

I usually at least use pedal assist to help conserve battery

I'd put an air tag hidden somewhere in it just in case
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@deadgerbil Now that you've put that thought in my head, I'll definitely be doing it
deadgerbil · 26-30, M
@caPnAhab way too many thieves out there
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@deadgerbil No doubt. I've become very familiar with them over the years
