Somewhere between a 3 and 5 depending on how bad it is. Though if it's obvious that it's just broken English and not bad grammar because of laziness then it drops to a 1.

I understand that for many, English is a second language.

4, It depends on how awful someone's grammar really is. If it's a train wreck, and I'm trying to make sense of what someone's saying, then it bother's me.
