My father 1994, my mother 2011….both are deceased. I spoke with my father a day before he died, and my mother on the day she died.

Not sure why you are not talking to them but I hope it's for a good reason that benefits you. Even if you are truly better off not talking to them, I know it's tough not to be able to turn to parents while getting through your teens.

I was never close to my parents when they were alive but i still made an effort to communicate with them.. hopefully your parents can understand your situation someday
