Oh dear, I sincerely hope that nothing will happen.
I'm not even very religious but I will pray that no earthquakes will happen.
Please take care of yourself if you're in that area !!

No I'm in Oklahoma, they've smelled it for nearly 48 hours now. The lady in Oklahoma said she would smell it near a small stream near her home. And she smelled it right before another earthquake happened.

It's been a while, so it wouldn't surprise me if they did.

That lady lives in Edmond, Oklahoma and she is from the San Francisco area originally, she says she smelled it there a few weeks before a 6.9 earthquake hit on October 17, 1989.

@cherokeepatti: It's very possible, animals also know when something is up.

@curiosi: My parakeets flap their wings and knock around the cages after we've had an earthquake that they can feel...it really upsets them even if they are barely detectable.(like a tiny little movement I can feel when I'm sitting in my recliner chair, I go the earthquake website about 20 minutes later and see what they have posted).

wow, but you know such things happen.

Maybe. There is some out gassing before an earthquake, probably what animals sense beforehand.

It'd be a shame to lose some of that architecture but it's already been tainted, so falling into the sea won't be too bad.

No... that's the smell of liberal despair.
