@Umile About nine months after I moved into my current apartment, first responders burst through my door, they got an emergency call from a neighbor of no response from repeated knocking, they had the wrong floor. I live in a low income 62+/disability apartment building, the woman in the unit below mine had stroked out and died, she was found on the floor and her thermostat was at 89F, they estimated she had been dead at least three days.
