Confront! Head-on. Always. We went after our enemy the same day it attacked us 7 Dec 41. Sand belongs in our combat boots, not our BDU collars.

Yes but "some of us" were fighting a couple of years before that, just saying

not sure but i attack the issue as soon as possible.
i tire of losing my mind over things.
especially sleep.
like with my bankruptcy, i went right on calling lawyers left and right (on a friday afternoon of all times) first one who answered i'm like "i need help now" and they were like "ok, come in monday"
i'm soo glad i did that.
i can't express my bliss over that decision.
(that was one example.. )
some can just ignore their problems but they pile up. how can they do that?

It's hard to sip coffee with my head in the sand, so I reluctantly deal with the problems. 🤔

I deal just not always the best or healthiest ways

I can relate to that!

It is a hope of most of us that if we ignore a problem, it will go away. It's usually best to face up to an issue as soon as you can.
