Occasionally. Usually it's about some ordinary random everyday thing. As an example (I've never had deja vu about this SPECIFIC thing, I'm just using this scenario to illustrate the point), it would be something like this: I might walk up to a drinking fountain somewhere that I know I've never been before, like in a city I'm vacationing in for the first time, or maybe just a building I've never been inside of before. But as I bend down to take a drink, I suddenly have a strong memory of experiencing that exact same thing, down to the tiniest detail. The lighting, the texture of the wall nearby, what I'm wearing, the air temperature, any smells or sounds, everything. And it will encompass only a few moments of time, perhaps 2 to 3 seconds at most, but for that period, I remember experiencing that EXACT SPECIFIC MOMENT, before. Usually it's so strong that as soon as it's over, I'll look around in surprise, mainly to try and figure out if maybe I really HAVE been there before and just don't remember it, and that can rarely be at least a possibility, but the vast majority of the time I can definitely verify that I have in fact not ever been there or done that before. Well, I suppose that the probability is technically 'non-zero' that I may have been drugged unconscious and/or been transported to that place by an agency or agencies unknown, but the POSSIBILITY is so minuscule that there is truly no way that such a thing could have occurred, and to what purpose? Because "they" somehow knew that I would one day in the future return to that place and undertake the exact same set of actions that will result in me remembering that I'd somehow done it before and only just now remember it? That entire concept defies all logic at the very least, if not the laws of physics outright.
