Yes there are some. Also some nice one. One of the most weird thing is when you have a nice chat with someone and they block you. People don't even tell you why they block you.

I think, sometimes people just like to observe. Maybe they think it's safer that way, or they're just shy or don't really know what to say. So, they just read other people's stuff and maybe react or reply to something here and there. IDK.

No. It means that they don't want to interact with the general public here, and I don't blame them. If someone finds anything on your profile they don't like, they won't hesitate to drag you through the mud.
