The closest I come is a sweet shop that does French treats and pastries. I buy macarons about once a month.

Except for Easter, never. I don't have the sweet tooth I did as a kid.
One or two items usually suffice.

I've only ever bought something from a confectionery shop twice. In Paris and Vienna.

Rarely...maybe for a holiday.
