I notice but care? Not particularly. I like it when I see someone who knows what suits them, that exudes confidence in themself. Good luck to them.

I do, yes. Depends on the person and their body type. Not everyone can rock everything. That being said, I keep my opinions to myself. People can dress however they want. None of my business at the end of the day.

Mostly not, I just cringe when I see a 300lb. woman wearing ski pants, looks like puppies playing under a blanket when they walk.
