My most important problem right now is I am depleted of energy. I feel wiped out for about 3-days now, and I worked out, but had to slow down, and couldn’t do what I usually do. My mind and body feels burnt out. Don’t know if I’m depressed or ill. I’m running on empty, and I’d love to have some energy, and feel good again.
