Although I suspect reports of Chines being harassed around the country are vastly exaggerated - a bit like all those false reports of racist attacks - what can Trump say that won't offend people like you. The virus did evolve through filthy hygiene and eating customers in a very specific Chinese location, and from all reports the CCP did all in its power to suppress the information for many weeks, delaying research and quarantine measures which spread the virus globally.
If anyone is stupid enough to believe Twitter or Facebook rumours about bioengineering, more fool them. At leat three of the last pandemics have emerged from China through natural evolution and transmission of animal virus across the species barrier to humans. this Wuhan virus is no different.

Even if it were true it would be nothing to do with ordinary people.
There is fear mongering about a particularly aggressive virus whilst nobody seems aware of the thousands who die every day from disease.
It's an excuse for racism and violence and those in power bear a huge responsibility.
