Pick a phobia that you can face with baby steps. For example, stare at a spider, poke a spider, hold a spider. Pick another phobia, for example, sit in the dark alone for 1 minute, 2 minutes and so on. Proceed to more challenging phobias until there are none left. Not sure what happens after that...

Practice. Each time you are willing to be a little braver than last time, you're making progress. Also, realize that it may get not feel good at first. Eventually, it will start to feel good but give it time.
