There is a place south of Portland, off the I-5 near Salem, called Enchanted Forest, its theme deals with fairy tales and fantasy from very old children's books. I haven't been there since '79 or '80, but it was the subject of a recent episode of Ghost Hunters.

I enjoyed Universal Studios but that was back in the 90s.
