Personally I would have to say Christopher Reeve without a shadow of a doubt, no other actor before or after him comes even remotely close. He makes all the others look like they are wannabe's dressed to go to Comic con !!!

I think he Christopher Reeve was pretty good, though I think Brandon Routh was okay too (depsite the one film he was in being almost a remake), and Henry Cavill was also okay though the scripts he had were a bit bland, in my opinion.
