I think there are some mongols that have blond hair

Aborigine children often have blonde hair, I don’t know if they outgrow it or not.

No. There are very few people who do, but there is the rare group of people here and there.

When I was born until I was about ten, I had naturally blonde hair. I had a drama queen fit when my hair changed to a chestnut brown. The closest-to-me-in age brother claims that he "didn't" change to white hair but he "stayed" blonde. I can see it is whiter than he thinks it is - and I'm sure everybody else can notice it , too.

The Melanesian Tribe also have natural blonde hair.
Only 2 percent of the world's population has naturally blond hair. If you narrow your sample to white people in the United States, that percentage goes up, but only to 5 percent. So it’s not just white or caucasian people who are naturally.

Not true, you get Melanesians with blond hair, also some North Africans.
