@LightsOff It's POUND,POUND,POUNF, THUMP, THUMP, THUMP. constantly. Then some kind of radio program. It sounds like jungle drums at times. I have been driven out of bed and yell up in the corner of my living room (where the sound is coming from,) "TURN IT DOWN!" I have already complained to the landlord about it.

@LightsOff I want to have a place to live in and sleep (or try to) in. I am in a basement apartment and if I set anything on fire, the place would go up with me in it before I could get out.
