Have you ever been physically injured?

My hands get stuck in a fixed position if I don't move them much, and it hurts if I try and move them. This is getting worse every day and I seriously need to do something about this

That happens to me if I don't crack my fingers.... Even so, my pinky gets stuck randomly.... Shit's annoying... ┬┴┬┴┤•ᴥ •ʔ/
