Getting sky high, can often collapse the ego. With the ego out of the way it is possible to enter the 5th dimension. Once you come down the ego boundaries snap back into place.
Best to transition by meditation not drugs.

@smrlwrld Yes, drugs can cause it but it can also cause problems. Some extremely unpleasant, it's best not to go that route.

@DarkSideoftheMoon Nothing can harm you by astral travel if you do it right (meaning not through drugs). If you wish to learn more about it this site is quite comprehensive.
