@Jushifer Koreans are very private people, they probably just wanted to keep it private. I'm sure it was nothing personal.👍

They do that here at work. I think its rude.No respect.

maybe one day there will be an app, and you can just open and it will translate everything thats being said. LOL be like...... could everyone speak loud and clearly so my phone can tell me what ya'll are saying. it will probably shut the conversation down real quick. LOL

@Jushifer i know, i was just being a smart ass. i have worked in situations where everyone was speaking a different language. i knew they were talking shit about me. i also knew they were smart enough not to do it to my face, in my language. LOL

Any good manager would enforce some common courtesy by applying some ground rules. I have people from different ethnicity, language and culture at my work place but they known at work everyone is to speak English.

Is speaking another language, or started speaking another language? Like, I'm not uncomfortable because someone speaks another language. I would be if I heard English until I come through the door then suddenly everyone speaks. Because then I'd wonder why they felt the need to change, would seem like they just didn't want me to know what they were saying which is at least unprofessional and leans quite toward being rude.

No. it's common to hear both English and French here as two main languages. and as a country of immigrants, it's also common to hear many other languages
