cool bed is a must for me; I have a cooling gel memory foam mattress; I'd rather have a cool bed and hot room than hot bed and cool room

Complete darkness, comfy pillow and light blanket because I can't move under heavy ones. I also like the blanket over my head.

silk sheets don't work... tried that, it's like trying to sleep on a slip & slide... 🤔

I actually prefer a heavy blanket with no sheets but my husband can't sleep without sheets so we compromise lol
