I was afraid to sleep because of the Vivid nightmares
Reliving things I has seen and smelled in service
my brain still trying to figure out ways I could have got on scene sooner and save some of the people we lost ,,
We did our jobs the best and fastest way possible ,but sometimes your just to late ..
My Woman walking out on me ,I would wake up to my voice still echoing in the room begging her not to go .
The meds I was on to sleep made me dream ,so that I needed meds to stop the dreams ..
It is hell when your afraid to sleep ,,I don't wish that on anyone

Yes. A little, for knowing that I'm going to have some nightmares.
