I am alone every night I sing ,catch up on shows I missed ,I read and study fact check all the BS our leaders spout thats not true talk to friends and family here and on face book
I have to keep my mind busy ,getting bored is not an option Then I get anxious ,and worry about things I can't change
When you have no choice ,you find there are lots of ways to stay busy if you look for them ,and don't shoot it down before you try it
I used to hate to read and verify information I am still ignorant ,but not near as ignorant as I used to be I educate myself ,knowledge can be power ,when applied properly I have lots of time on my hands to figure that part out
