People who call their adult kids by "baby-talk" names. My nephew is 21, a big strapping fellow with a good physique. But his mother still refers to him as "Boo" or worse, "Boo-Boo." He rolls his eyes, but it doesn't do much.


I know how he feels.My mother used to refer to me as "punkin" until the day I came home from kindergarten and she met me at the door with, "Hi, punkin."

"Mom-my!" I protested.

That was the day she stopped doing it.
