Cut all contact, block all avenues of contact, delete every reminder of them, occupy your mind with something else.

Time to let the event fade from relevance and processing the reality of what happened, being introspective about why you were drawn to them in the first place, and put up with so much BS, then more introspection on how you can make better choices in the future for your well-being. This leads to finding more quality people in your life, and this affirms your healthier choices as not only objectively better, but you get a chance to experience the meaningful results of making better choices
