Swimming is good for your muscles as it works all of your muscles at once. Sinking and disappearing doesn't do that. However, if you want a role in the up and coming Titanic movie that is yet to be announced, practice sinking.
If you are a magician, practice disappearing.

Doesn't seem like you'd swim to your destination, its far far away, isnt it ? take a speedboat (don't disappear) and wear a life jacket (so you dont sink)
swim over there,, that beach,, umbrellas and those fancy drinks
