Cat just whines at me. Dog is super tiny and fat and doesn't like to move from where she's at.

@BeautifulMess Please don't mind me saying so but if you allow your dog to remain overweight, without a weight controlled diet she'll be a type-2 diabetic or possibly type-1 requiring you to inject her with insulin at lease once a day depending on what your vet prescribes. In case you're not aware, the three classic signs of diabetes are excessive thirst, hunger, and urination. If you've already seen ANY of these three signs (usually the first sign will be excessive thirst) i implore you to contact your vet immediately and have her tested.I'm sure you love your dog and wouldn't want to see her suffer. All my best to you!

So true though all my rescues have passed on but looking forward to them one day greeting me at The Rainbow Bridge.
My dog, regardless of how long I am gone, is always waiting at the door, wriggling in excitement and happiness.

If your dog or cat could give you their opinion of you, you would realize you are a stellar and heroic character who is far too excellent to mix with common humans. Well, your dog, anyway. I don't know that cats wear the same brand of rose-colored glasses.

Awww! I think it's one of life's blessings. Pets are family, and there's nothing like unconditional love that family members can give. ❤

I give lean over my cat and give him snuggles a few times in the morning to get me motivated to live in the morning. lol...I don't like mornings....at all....ever
Nothing better than the companionship of a dog.
