Exactly. Imagine a situation everyone carrying guns one person shoots at public, another tries to stop him by shooting and then someone thinks the one countering the offender is the shooter and shoots at him. Finally, it leads to a chain reaction where everyone ends up shooting everyone. @TheSirfurryanimalWales

What did we expect? How long did anyone think it would take before a mentally ill person finally listened to Trump's radical rants of how the media is the enemy of Americans? Before one finally took that to heart and went on a shooting spree at a newspaper office?
When the President of the United States (of ALL people) calls the media vile, lying, the enemy of America-----and we know if he says it his cult will believe it----are we really surprised at this shooting? This---like all the other shootings that have increased in number since Trump took office is hate based---and the fuel for that fire is coming from Trump's Tweets--and his insanely irresponsible rhetoric every time he takes to the airwaves. The cult DOES listen to what he says. This is just one more example.

@WindOfAdolf The enemy of the people are those that claim to be the most patriotic--the champions of the Constitution---that wave flags at the Second Amendment but totally disregard the First Amendment--and any other parts of that same Constitution that don't fit in with white supremacy, hatred, discrimination towards race and gender--you name it. Incidentally that is what Trump has been calling for since BEFORE he took office---get rid of the press....except for FOX and the right wing sites---his propaganda sites.
The press---an unsuppressed press---is the ONLY source of truth in America. You certainly won't hear truth from Kellyanne Conjob and her "alternative facts"--or Trump--or Saunders. And for the most part any other spokesman in this administration. The ONLY truth in the W.H. is Kelly and he's being run out because truth and Trump don't go in the same sentence.
The biggest hallmark of a healthy democracy (or republic) in regards to the government is 100% transparency and truth. Both are completely absent on FOX and sites like Info Wars (extremist right wing sites---virtually the ONLY "news" sources the cult goes to for propaganda). FOX is rated even by Politifact--a REPUBLICAN fact finding site--as broadcasting truth just 7% of it's broadcast day. Look it up. Info Wars--sites like it---are a total joke.
In EVERY dictatorship---there is one thing in common--discrediting the truth---so the dictator is free to tell the people anything he wants and they have nothing to compare his B.S. too. In EVERY case in history that is the number 1 thing done by the dictator---remove truth from the people. The "enemy" is not truth---it's those that "think" they are the real patriots. The ones that yell to abolish all the parts of the Constitution that don't serve their purpose. Sounds like your comment, don't it?

Ohio U.S. Supreme Court decision maintains that seditious speech—including speech that constitutes an incitement to violence—is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution......"
