I’ve seen cute women be sexy but they need extra skills. Many times it’s because it was unexpected.

Well cute is certainly more than looks. It's mannerisms, gestures, comments, etc. And depending on whether or not those things strike your fancy and what it turns on in you, yes, cute can be VERY sexy.

I think it can be sexy if it's a part of something.

If someone is *only* cute that's not sexy, but if they go to work and read books and make jokes, then they do a cute dance while they're brushing their teeth. That can be sexy 😊

depends some cute is sexy some aint ..a baby is cute but surely not sexy rt..however their could be a woman who is cute and sexy..
