I think that’s the way it is, Yin and Yang. However, it’s still depends on what is “happiness” for you. Suffering has to exist, but doesn’t need to be experienced in order for one to be happy.

Sometimes we have to give up all that we have to gain everything we ever wanted. It can hurt depending on the circumstances. Happiness is relative.

Life is pain, it's merely a matter of what form it takes and what comes alongside it.

depends.. ummmm if I train muay thai and get punched in the face hard becus I didn’t keep my guard up then yes becaus i will know next time and eventually do better. So I will win matches and be happy. Becus that’s my happiness. So yes
Howevrrrrrrr i am in a long distance relationship and it hurts now sometimes becus you wanna hug the asian and kiss him and he wants it too so it hurts. But eventually we will be together forevrrr and stuff so is the way to happiness and ye it hurts sumtimes. Buuut is worth it.
