@Orbiter I couldn't sleep flat, so I tried raising the head of my bed, but I couldn't get it high enough without sliding off the foot end. So I bought a wedge to put under my mattress, they don't make them high enough either. I started sleeping in my recliner because I can get myself into the perfect position to deal with acid reflux disease and also have my feet raised to keep them from swelling. I've slept in a recliner for five years. I sleep better now, than I ever did in the previous forty five years since I first developed acid reflux.
