I play piano too and a couple of woodwind instruments. You could go woodwind or go for a plucked string instrument. One thing I would say, though, is that the guitar tablatures are very different from reading music for piano and most people either do one or the other but not both because it's confusing.

The flute would be a great compliment to the violin and piano, don't you think?
You may wish to consider investing in a small mixer and recorder, and putting together some numbers using all three instruments. You could be your own trio.

Given a knowledge of music, the hammer dulcimer ought to be easy to pick up amd you can make some lovely music with it.

Mandolin is tuned like a violin but has 8 strings so you'd chord it the same. I play 7 instruments

And, it so happens I met my first fiance while I was giving an impromptu demonstration on how to play the comb on our version of youtube. Sitting on a bench on the quad. I will never forget his first words to me. 'Excuse me, are you playing a comb?'
