They already did, the old recipe had a form of cocaine in it but in 1903, a group called Schaeffer Alkaloidal Works removed the cocaine from the coca used in the drink. They chemically make the coca leaves cocaine-free for the Coca-Cola recipe.

Just mix some codeine into that stuff and you're good to go at the moment. Just don't die or get arrested
