@SomeAreBoojums wish self hypnosis could do that... i actually have been practicing self hypnosis for years now but its not exactly hypnosis. what it does is put you into a temporary trance that whatever you think your brain actually thinks its a reality. its similar to using imagination but MUCH more realistic. like, if i imagined my hands were stuck together i couldnt seperate my hands till i made myself believe they got freed. its pretty cool but its hard to enter the trance. it takes around a hour to get into the trance and the trance lasts an hour or two.

some are easier to hypnotize than others

@SW-User well, you can always just do severe trauma to the head. sure it will erase memories but maybe it will take more than memories... and also, what memory do you have in mind to erase? did something bad happen?
