Yeah, I think it’s just extremely low self esteem and or a way to gain attention. I usually tend to think it’s the latter because most people I’ve noticed who claim to be ugly post/take a lot of selfies.

so i go on about tattoos and that if i don't wash within a week i smell like gorgonzola cheese and that goes good with pizza but i can't have pizza it makes me poop blood you see.
