Made up concept that let's someone identify as one gender and perform a different gender role. As far as I can tell, it's used by people who feel guilty for being the gender they chose. That makes no sense though because they also say they can choose whatever gender they want and that's there 82 genders to choose from. But since none of this makes any sense, and it's just pandering to people internal problems, there it is.
