If you have a degree that there's a high demand for I'm sure you can.

@cherokeepatti had an offer, funded. but visa refused based on policies and not even because of insufficient documents or anything.

You might try New Zealand, I havent looked in a while but I dont think they have an anti-Bangla policy, and they're generally keen on graduates

@Topumasum Well, Canterbury is pretty - I guess to Cant.U ? - a little chilly in winter, but not, like, snowed in; and the locals are generally pretty welcoming to migrants, compared to other countries I've lived in.
And NZ women are on the fierce side, so rampant sexism & contempt for women just doesn't get tolerated.

Visa refusals are due to insufficient fiance in your bank statements. Manage, a good healthy bank statement and you will be welcome, anywhere.

@SW-User thats really not true, unless you mean, become a millionaire first, which isn't exactly helpful either.

@firefall In my experience.

@SW-User actually, bank statement wasnt the reason. they said my intention to leave couldnt be ascertained, even though i provided my family certificate as asked and the fact that my mother is in UK and she'll definitely make sure that i leave. in fact, when i went to UK previously, she DID make sure that I left and I DID. Not sure about italy's thing. must be a policy thing.
Also, my phd was fully funded by the university, so no qualms there.
